We believe It’s not about who’s got all the gear anymore, it’s about how you use your mind and one or two bits of kit to make beautiful pieces of music.

We live in an age where anyone on the planet can access a software clone of some special synth. You can make beautiful pieces of music on anything, whether it’s a Deckard’s Dream, a piano or a frying pan.

 If you are musical, you are musical. All that’s needed is just one spark of inspiration to suddenly kickstart a new sound. That’s when things get exciting.

This is not a sterile studio full of confusing racks. This is a fun place to hang out with loads of cool toys where moments can be captured like lightning in a bottle.

Those are the real tracks that stand the test of time. The tracks that have a story behind them.

When i was 21 I bumped into an artist I massively respected in a campsite. I couldn’t resist asking how he got his bass to be so humungous… to my dismay he didn’t reveal which synth or compressor pump trick he used, however, what he did say stuck with me for ever & has served me well ever since:

“you just need good vibes in the studio mate!” *

Designed for ease of use when those spontaneous moments suddenly arise. With two height adjustable desks**, lots of fun musical toys and a woofer that likes to chill under the sub-woofer. She’s my sub-sub-woofer.

Owing to the structure of the room and its curved corners it has been blessed with a lovely acoustic profile straight off the bat. Sonarworks and various pieces of acoustic treatment take care of the rest.
